Evaluating Perceived Usefulness and Ease of Use of CMMN and DCR

Case Management has been gradually evolving to support Knowledge-intensive business process management, which resulted in developing different modeling languages, e.g., Declare, Dynamic Condition Response (DCR), and Model Notation (CMMN).
